This faucet features a ceramic disc cartridge which creates a smooth smooth, durable action and will never drip or leak. It also complies with ANSI/NSF Standards for lead. This is a much more attractive and durable faucet than the standard "black plastic handle" faucets that come with most water systems. This faucet is not an air gap faucet - so therefore not compatible with most RO systems in the United States (but compatible with most in Canada).
